Trading Terms


Thank you for your interest in opening an account. Retail store, wholesalers and promotional companies can open an account  with Palmer Pacific. Our policy is that you need to order 3 times and pay by credit card or bank transfer into our account. When you have qualified and have filled out our new account form, we set a credit limit based on what you have ordered in the past and then you have an fully active account. You can also have an account and work we us by paying by credit card or bank transfer.  
Just go to the website and place you order and we will take from there.


Internet and businesses working from home with ABN, are not able to  be provide with an account from Palmer Pacific. We will process all orders received and when the freight and order value is calculated we will contact you to approve and payment by credit card to be made. You have the option to pay by bank transfer, but you will need to wait for the funds to be in our account before we ship. All credit card information is used once and discarded we never store the information to use at a later date. Each time you order Palmer Pacific will contact you for approval and payment.


To order from Palmer Pacific you will need to order a minimum of $50. Orders over $250 of product value only will be shipped free of charge to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Country areas and other state and territories will be subject to freight charges. All freight charges will be confirmed and approved by the customer before we despatch. Australia post is the main carrier we use so allow 2 to 6 days for delivery. Please note Freight and GST are not part of the calculation for freight free. your order must tally to $250 and over before GST and Freight are applied.
